Business Developement Consultant (Training)



£16,000 basic (£28K realistic OTE)



My client is a well respected training organisation which is forward thinking and great to work for. They are currently seeking a business development consultant to join their existing team based in Fareham, Hampshire.



They are seeking professional, hardworking, motivated individuals to join them.



Candidates should be able to demonstrate that they have:



• Experience in a sales business to business environment or recruitment/careers advisor

• PC Literate with use of MS Office applications

• Proven track record and ability to acheive sales targets

• Ability to make sales presentations to all levels of people

• Ability to write proposals to customers which offer a wide range of solutions and available products

• Ability to deal with people at all levels, sometimes in difficult situations

• Can build a relationship and a good rapport with clients

• Can work as part of a team

• Can cold call customers

• Has an excellent telephone and first class customer service skills.

• Are well presented and professional.

• Able to match candidates to a job role



This role is mainly office based however there will be a need to visit customers for which you would need to be able to use your own vehicle and claim back the mileage for which a competitive rate is available.
