Our client is a household name in home furnishing, with stores throughout the UK, they are constantly moving forward, that's why due to there continued growth they have opportunities for Managers, who have a proven track record & a strong Direct Sales Focus.



So if you bring tons of Enthusiasm and Energy to lead and motivate one of there branches to Exceed there Sales Targets and customer expectation, we have the perfect opportunity for you.



You will need to be, honest hard working and down to earth with the Drive to Succeed, you will need to be a real people person with a genuine empathy for those around you, plus with your organisational skills, you have what it takes to manage everything from the sales floor to the warehouse and to make sure everything runs smoothly.



It is essential that you have a proven track record in retail, in particular, management of sales teams.



You will start on a 6 months training programme, moving around various local stores, on a fast track programme, where you will demonstrate your personality & desire for sales, & after a successful induction you will then be given your own store



Your starting salary is fully negotiable with realistic 0TE of 35K PA, but also after successful completion of your induction, you may be eligible for a fully expensed company car, be able to join the company pension scheme & life assurance.
